Basic AI Modelling in JASP: Practical Applications for Sport Science Research
Students, doctoral candidates, academic staff, and all individuals interested in data analysis and the use of artificial intelligence in scientific research are invited.
About the speaker:
Michal Bozděch, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Sport Studies, Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). He obtained his PhD in Kinanthropology in 2020. His research interests focus on research methodology, applied statistics, data analysis, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in sport science, with particular emphasis on talent identification, the relative age effect, and the transition from junior to senior levels in elite sport. He is the author or co-author of over 37 peer-reviewed scientific publications. In addition to his research, he teaches courses and conducts workshops on research methodology, data analysis, and the application of AI in academic research.
