The Wroclaw University of Health and Sport Sciences has received a distinction in the Selfie+ 2025 competition in the category “European values in a new perspective / Equal opportunities.”
The awarded photograph, entitled “Touching the Everyday Life of Others”, authored by Monika Ilecka-Folcik, powerfully conveys the ideas of empathy, equality, and understanding of diverse perspectives — values that lie at the core of European programmes.
The Selfie+ competition, organised by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System (FRSE), recognises participants who creatively and authentically document their experiences gained through international programmes.
The photograph was taken during the international Erasmus+ BIP event “In someone’s shoes”.
